The Vision
My concept for the meals is to lessen the stress of cooking out your daily lives during your busy week. Whether youโre a student, grinding at your job(s), a young parent taking care of your family or all of the above. I have the upmost respect for every individual and would love to help. Enabling more time for YOU and yours. While also assisting in cleaner eating habits, a healthier lifestyle, and minimizing fast food as much as your willing to.
THIS IS NOT A DIET
But by eliminating pork, beef, grease, oils, preservatives and replacing them with fresh local vegetables and produce, you will feel a difference in many areas.
The Difference
These meals are unknown until you personally pick them up. For example, every week there will be 3 meals then the week before, as if you were ordering meals for the week from a restaurant. This opens the door for more creativity on my end and allows you to consume a different meal every week. Creating an "I can't wait for next weeks meals" effect which I feel is important in food. This gives me the opportunity to expand your taste buds as well as showcase the many cuisines I've learned over the years.
