what is whippin?
“Whippin” is many things. It starts with learning and respecting a craft as well as being passionate about something. The kitchen plays the role as an office and stress reliever for me. Whippin has brought happiness to sad eyes as well as brought families together. “Whippin” is learning 1st then experimenting and adding YOUR way to anything. Food to me is art, style, love and FINESSE. Whippin is all of those things. The food you see and receive has an objective of being flavorful, to open your taste buds to combinations you haven't experienced with local ingredients. Each plate is a depiction of a canvas with my art centered. I want people to gradually fight the fear of cooking and try to dive in and start “whippin”. Ill be here for tips and knowledge throughout.
